President Bush toured Enterprise, Ala., this morning, inspecting damage
caused when a tornado ripped through the town's high school, killing
eight students who were huddled inside what was supposed to be the
school's safest place.

U.S. stocks were lower on Friday, sending the Dow Jones Industrial
Average towards its worst week since April 2005, with the Japanese yen's
rally against the dollar and more bad news for mortgage lenders fueling

ENTERPRISE, Ala. - Apparent tornadoes killed at least 13 people in
Alabama on
Thursday, including eight at a high school where students were trapped
under a
collapsed roof, state officials said. More than 40 people were brought

an Enterprise hospital as a violent storm front crossed the state. The

system was blamed for a tornado that killed a 7-year-old girl in
