spending one day at home on house arrest. Local media reported the

Police arrested Edwin R. Hall, 26, in the kidnapping and death of Kelsey
Smith, a teenager who disappeared four days ago from a store parking lot
in an abduction seen on video. The 18-year-old's body was found
yesterday at a lake in Missouri.

three days, including four in a single roadside bombing in Baghdad and
