Breaking News: Executions halted in Calif., Fla.

Gov. Jeb Bush has suspended Florida executions after an autopsy revealed
that officials had botched insertion of the needles in a convict who
took 34 minutes to die this week. In California, a federal judge
declared the state's lethal injections unconstitutional and halted
them.
