Confusion Over Fate Of Iraq Al Qaeda Chief
Confusion reigns in Iraq, as a U.S. spokesman said the military has no
indication that the al Qaeda in Iraq leader was killed or wounded in a
raid north of Baghdad. Earlier, an Iraqi spokesman said he had been
wounded and that an aide was killed.
