House Rebukes Bush On Iraq
In a stinging rebuke to President Bush, the House has approved a
nonbinding resolution criticizing Mr. Bush's plan to send more troops to
Iraq. Nearly all Democrats voted in favor of the measure, along with 17
Republicans.
