Texas Flooding Sweeps Away 4-Year-Old Girl

Torrential rains swamped North Texas towns, killing at least two people,
prompting hundreds of evacuations and leaving numerous people stranded
on rooftops. Alexandria Collins, 4, died after she was swept away in
floodwaters in a Fort Worth suburb.
