Chertoff: Al Qaeda Adapting And Rebuilding

Homeland Security chief Michael Chertoff said that al Qaeda is
rebuilding, but had no specific information the terror group was
plotting a new attack on U.S. soil. "We have to continue to be
vigilant," Chertoff said.
