U.S. Raises More Concerns About Iraq PM

A new report compiled by intelligence agencies will show some serious
doubts over Iraqi PM Nouri al-Maliki's capability to guide the country
to peace, a defense official said. Also, Arab media is deriding
President Bush's changing messages on him.
