Ex-NYPD Chief Kerik Turns Himself In

Former New York City police commissioner Bernard Kerik surrendered
Friday to face federal corruption charges. Kerik, the commissioner under
then-Mayor Rudy Giuliani, has been indicted on corruption charges, a
person close to the investigation said.
