Breaking News: New Orleans mayor orders mandatory evacuation

NEW ORLEANS (AP) - Mayor Ray Nagin is ordering the mandatory evacuation
of New Orleans, turning informal advice to flee from the approaching
Hurricane Gustav into an official order to get out.
