Energy: Russian ruble weakens, as reserves tumble

Russia's central bank allows the ruble to weaken, widening its trading
band for the fifth time in a month, as the country's international
reserves fell by nearly $18 billion last week, highlighting the
ongoing pressure on the Russian currency.
